Men Health Clinic was founded on the conviction that most men’s sexual health conditions do not require surgery and that men deserve access to clinically rigorous, evidence-based non-surgical treatment that actually works.
We exist in the space between the GP who doesn’t have the time or specialisation to properly assess men’s sexual health, and the surgical clinic that reaches for procedural intervention before exhausting non-invasive options. That space is where the majority of men with ED, PE, low libido, and enlargement goals actually belong and where they are chronically underserved.
Who We Are
Men Health Clinics (MHC) is a specialist men’s sexual health practice based in Johannesburg, with a clinical focus on natural and non-surgical treatment modalities. We take the time to educate men about their health issues before recommending treatments, while also adhering to strict guidelines for safe, non-surgical options.
Our practitioners bring together expertise in sexual medicine, regenerative therapies (including PRP), hormone optimisation, psychosexual therapy, and lifestyle medicine. Our approach is integrative: we look at the whole man’s vascular health, hormones, psychology, lifestyle, and relationships rather than too quickly narrowing in on a single symptom.
Education Meets Clinical Excellence
We invest in patient education because we believe an informed patient is better. Men who understand why their erection is weak, whether it is vascular, hormonal, or psychological, engage more meaningfully with treatment, ask the right questions, and achieve better outcomes.
But education is not a substitute for treatment. Men Health Clinics provides both. Every educational resource we offer is anchored to the clinical services we provide, and every consultation begins with genuine diagnostic rigour, not a predetermined treatment script.

Our Relationship with Sandton Men's Clinic
Men Health Clinics and Sandton Men’s Clinic are complementary specialist practices, each occupying a distinct and non-competing role in men’s sexual health care. We treat non-surgically; SMC provides surgical intervention for cases where that is the clinically indicated path.
When we refer a patient to Sandton Men’s Clinic, it is because we have determined that surgical treatment genuinely offers the best outcome for that individual, and we make that referral with full clinical documentation and transparency. Our patients’ best outcomes are always the priority.
